Who we are and what the Site is

Vast Pathways LLC builds and runs career quizzes, landing pages, paid ads and lead reporting for schools and other businesses. The Site tells you about that work.

Nothing is sold through the Site. Work for clients is covered only by separate written agreements, and nothing on the Site is an offer, proposal or promise to provide services.

Using the Site

You agree to:

• use the Site only for lawful purposes;
• not try to disrupt, probe or get around the Site's security;
• not scrape, copy or republish the Site's content without our written permission;
• not misrepresent who you are or who you work for when you contact us.

We may limit access to the Site for anyone who breaks these Terms or puts the Site or others at risk.

The contact form

You can use the contact form to ask about our services. Send only what we need to reply, and do not send confidential information or anyone else's personal details. Your message is emailed to our team and is not stored on the Site. Do not use the form for advertising, spam or anything harmful.

Contacting us, by the form or by email, does not make you a client and does not create an agency or fiduciary relationship.

Demo links

Links to the sample quiz and the demo dashboard open dashboard-demo.vastpathway.com. The demo shows made up data for Copperline Career College, a school that does not exist. What you enter in the sample quiz is not saved as a lead and is not sent to any school. Access to the demo dashboard is by invitation and may end at any time.

Intellectual property

The Site, its design, text, branding and other original content belong to Vast Pathways LLC and are protected by United States and international intellectual property law. You may view the Site in a browser for your own use. These Terms give you no license to our content, trademarks or work.

Links to other sites

The Site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR ACCURACY. WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR FREE OR SECURE. INFORMATION ON THE SITE IS GENERAL AND IS NOT PROFESSIONAL, LEGAL OR FINANCIAL ADVICE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, VAST PATHWAYS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD SUCH DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vast Pathways LLC and its officers, employees and agents from any claim, demand or damages (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of anyone else's rights.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute about the Site or these Terms must be brought only in the state or federal courts serving San Luis Obispo County, California, and you agree to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest stays in effect.

Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest change. If you keep using the Site after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
