Terms of Use

Vast Pathways LLC builds conversion-focused operational systems — including journey design, workflow automation, and operational intelligence — for business clients. The Site is an informational presence for the company.

No products or services are sold or delivered through the Site. Client engagements are governed exclusively by separate written agreements between Vast Pathways and the client; nothing on the Site constitutes an offer, proposal, or commitment to provide services.

You agree to:

• Use the Site only for lawful purposes;
• Not attempt to disrupt, probe, or circumvent the Site's security or availability;
• Not scrape, copy, reproduce, or redistribute Site content without our written permission;
• Not misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.

We reserve the right to restrict access to the Site at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or poses risk to the Site or others.

Contacting us by email or through any form on the Site does not create a client, agency, or fiduciary relationship. Information you send us before a written engagement is in place is provided at your discretion; please do not send confidential or sensitive information unsolicited. The Site, its design, text, branding, and other original content are owned by Vast Pathways LLC and protected by U.S. and international intellectual property law. You may view and interact with the Site through ordinary browser use only. No license to our content, trademarks, or work product is granted by these Terms.

The Site may link to third-party websites or reference third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of any third-party site is governed by that party's terms and privacy policy.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VAST PATHWAYS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE — WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

You agree to indemnify and hold Vast Pathways LLC, its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claim, demand, or damages (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your use of the Site, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any rights of a third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to the Site or these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts serving San Luis Obispo County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

We may modify these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
